Nick runs both businesses with his wife Amanda and their vision is simple, Fresh dishes created using only the finest local and seasonal ingredients from a 23 mile radius of Malpas. The Heron Inn continues to win awards and was recently awarded best destination pub by Muddy Stillettoes.
