Jeffrey Robinson, has been executive chef at The New Yard but in 2020 he and his wife Caroline Robinson took over the lease to the restaurant. 

They were awarded the Michelin Green Star for gastronomy and sustainability in 2021, much of which is down to our efforts in the walled garden starting a no dig garden using regenerative agriculture with pigs and chickens, reducing food waste and fuel with a no options menu and giving our staff a real work life balance with the lowered work load resulting in not offering an a la carte menu.
