Where is the festival?
The festival takes place on Lemon Quay and Boscawen Street, Truro TR1 2EH.


What time does the festival open and close?
Friday 1st October 9am – midnight
Saturday 2nd October 9am – midnight
Sunday 3rd October 9am – 11pm


Do I need a ticket to the festival?
The Truro Food Festival is a FREE event, but tickets are needed for music evening events in The Truronian venue. Tickets available to buy here

  • Access to Gourmet Street Food


What tickets are available?

  • Gourmet Ticket – full weekend access, including priority seating in the front rows of the Chef’s Theatre and access to all three evening music events.
  • Weekend ticket – reduced price access to all three evening music events.
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday Ticket – access to single evening music events.
  • Buy Tickets online


Can I buy a ticket on the day?
We advise purchasing tickets online ahead of the festival to avoid disappointment.
If tickets have not sold in advance, then there will be a limited number of tickets to purchase on the day.


Do I need a wristband?
Yes, you can exchange your ticket for a wristband on the day at the Box Office and Info point located next to the Chef’s Theatre/ Truronian tent.


What are the Evening Sessions?
The Evening Sessions are a ticketed event taking place in our pop-up undercover venue, The Truronian, on Lemon Quay. Doors are at 6:30pm.You can find more details about our evening line-up here. 


What are Gourmet tickets?
Gourmet gives you access to all three Evening Sessions and front row seats in the Chef’s Theatre


What are Evening tickets?
Evening tickets give you entry to all three Evening music Sessions.


Do my kids need tickets?
Under 12s are free and anyone over 12 must have a ticket. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.


Is the venue accessible?
Our venues are accessible and we offer one free carer ticket with every disabled ticket purchased. Please email amy@ilowhq.com for a code to use when booking. For information on disabled parking please visit our  Travel and Parking page.


Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are allowed at the Festival but access is restricted in tents. It is likely to be a crowded atmosphere so please consider this when choosing whether to bring your pet.


Is there first aid provision?
First aid will be provided at the Festival. The team will be located on Lemon Quay, close to Tabernacle Street.


How do I apply to trade at the festival?

What are the trading times?
Orange Zone – 9am – 11pm
Yellow Zone – 9am – 8pm
Purple Zone – 9am – 8pm
Grey Zone – 9am – 7pm
Green Zone – 9am – 7pm


Can I volunteer?
Absolutely, we are always looking for volunteers to help at the festival. Please complete the form.
